service to a variety of Government Departments and businesses.
Due to continuing company growth we are now seeking motivated sales top performers to join our dynamic and friendly sales team. 1. What we can offer you: We offer our sales team a competitive salary with commission, pension scheme after qualifying period and an enjoyable working environment in a small but very friendly office. Full sales training and support will be provided to ensure your success. We believe in rewarding excellent performance. 2. What the job entails: You will be responsible for developing new business accounts for the continuing growth of our company using our extensive company database. In the long-term you will also manage your existing customer accounts, building your own customer portfolio. You will be working to a monthly sales target and Sales Key Performance Indicators. You, as the primary point of contact, will call and advise your clients, specifying certain promotional merchandise to meet their needs and working to your clients' budgets by using initiative and research. You will be required to quote prospects and clients for promotional merchandise. Basic Project Management is also essential to manage and meet our clients' expectations (for example meeting delivery dates and product specification). 3. What we need from you: You must have excellent telephone & administration skills & be fully PC literate. You must be driven, self-motivated and a team player. We require that you have a proven sales track record and at least 2 years telesales experience. Finally, you must be willing to learn. 4.
